oh yeah...
btw do heavy compound movements and low-medium reps just like the other bp u train and always with good form
heavy back, chest and shoulder work get ur arms good size, shape and density already so keep total volume low, just augment that with:
hammer curls, standing bb/db curls, incline db curls, preacher curls
skull crushers, dips, close grip benching, standing bb extensions
choose one or two per bp and wo and u will be fine

lots of time and work is all i can say. U wont get them overnight. One problem i have always had with the bis whcih i dotn hear about much is i had alot of tendon soreness and took ,long time to develope good tendon strrength in my lower bi area. This set me back for a logn tiem and plaqued me for abotu a year and a half. But then now and about 8 months ago i seemed to reach a point where i didnt feel any tendon strength and its been easier for me to move up. Maybe its soemthign everyone gets in time or maybe its just me.

bb/db curl is for the bicep ... whish is part of the arm as well. (even tho the bicep is smaller, it looks better than the tricep by far IHMO.)
close grip bench and dips for the triceps
most importantly - bench for triceps, deadlift/row/chin for biceps and squat for...well y'know just squat!
