I did a search already, and some of the threads were a couple years old.
I got my blood work retested, today and it stated that I had a level of:
1.59mg/dL where the standard range is <1.39mg/dL
a GRF of 54 where standard is > 60 mL/min
Right now I am only on Whey, vit D, multi, and fish oil, and macros at 235p/310c/60f. My doctor had a concern for me last time I had levels this high (a month ago so I retested without creatine/pre-workout supplementation), asked if I was dehydrated, which I am not. I workout about 7 days a week (1 cardio day), and I had read that athletes and weightlifters have a slightly elevated creatinine levels than the average/standard population. Or I possibly could have a kidney problem. Any advice if I should be worried about it or not?
Thanks in advanced!
edit - I am definitely getting enough liquids and hydrated throughout the day as well
