Phosphatidic acid has become one of my two favorite supplements (the other being HMB-FA). I would say that I have a good deal of experience and knowledge regarding PA supplementation. Not only have I read the entire text to multiple PA studies, but I have used multiple PA supplements myself, including the original King, King V2, and, currently, soy lecithin granules. I have dosed everywhere from 750 mg/day PA (King) to 2.4 mg/day PA (granules), and I would really like to give MT's PA supplement a fair chance to compete with the other PA supplements I've tried. The granules are great, but are rather inconvenient; capsules would be much easier to take, especially when I'm in a hurry, than having to wait for granules to dissolve is. If I'm being honest, there have been days when I've forgotten, or haven't had time, to take the granules. That shouldn't be a problem with PhosphaMuscle.

2) How you take your training to the next level.
This is going to be good. I also have extensive experience with HMB-FA (I was one of the original Clear Muscle loggers), and plan on using the pair of MT supplements together to maximize results and put on as much lean muscle as possible in the upcoming months. I'm stepping my game up, and hitting each muscle group 2x, and a few of my weak points 3x, per week, with ~16 hard sets each workout. It will be interesting, as well as very valuable for potential customers, to see how PhosphaMuscle stands up to other sources of PA when training is at a very intense level and diet is on point.

Im interested to see how Phosphatidic Acid can help me in regards to keeping muscle when I start my prep for my next show in June. Anything That can keep me going balls to wall definitely has my attention for sure.

I give it my all each and every workout. I push as hard as i can (with good form of course) as well as making sure my nutrition is spot on as well so my body is fueled each workout to smash some weights

-This product would fit in perfectly to my goals. I'm currently trying to lean bulk and add as much strength as possible

-My current training routine is pretty instense. I'm hitting everything 2x/week & shoulders 3x/week. I'm work horse and training to get on stage sometime this fall/summer

Quoted for truth. These reps care about not only about the product but also VERY MUCH about the people running it. They stay involved and offer insight and even ask questions of the loggers. Agree 100%! One of the main reasons I've backed off of logging as much. Only a few companies, in my opinion, that devote as much time to the logs as the loggers themselves. MT is definitely one of them.

I have read a lot about PA and the Soy Lecithin granules. I am presently taking some Fearn one, I will be interested to see how much better it could be than straight granules
2) How you take your training to the next level.
I am presently nursing a nagging back injury, with physiotherapy and chiropractor, I about 1 or 2 week I should be getting back in full force so this product could help me get some mass I lost.
