Currently on 2000 calories/day-150g protein and 250g carbs
60min cardio, 5x/week with Heart Rate @167bpm the entire time
Every wed I get 1000 calories extra
Supplements=Met-Rx Ultramyosyn Whey, BCAA5000, Joint Guard, Training Packs, and Creatine Mono
Only doing 8-10 working sets per body part, then the rest is cardio.
Not sure what weight class I'll land in. I would like to get to middleweight(176lb) but not sure if that'll happen. Not too concerned anyways. Goal is to get as lean as I can.
^Arms measure 14+7/8" not flexed or pumped
What I would really like to see is my legs come out with deeper cuts and more striations. I'm doin my best to get there.
Any questions, let me know.

Looking thick brother. The 4 week update will due no justice to most as they don't realize the changes done in the next 4 weeks. You're gonna look great stepping on stage. My guess is at around 170. 175. Regardless really looking good. Nice separation in quad and liking the lat thickness. Any hammy pics? I wanna see a week out update. And then a follow up with how you placed. Best of luck brother

You're looking great and carrying a huge amount of lean mass at 187 ... love the quad cuts and the feathering. What do you think your body fat is now? I'd say 10% going by your abs, but then the quad striations and arm definition tell me lower. 176 would see you 5%ish so looking great on stage but maybe 10 more pounds in 4 weeks while keeping all your mass might be tough. What weight were you on stage for your last comp and did you cut back as hard during the last 4 weeks last time?

At my last show I weighed in at 174lb. I was about as lean as I am now. So the goal is to still make middleweight, but be leaner this time around. My glutes need a little more work to come out. I'll get some back pics today.
