Turkey and salmon burgers are good too. I even found a black bean chipotle veggie burger that's really good.

I've been eating 80/20 beef but mostly just because I've been grilling a ton and that extra fat makes some damn good tasting burgers on the grill. On those days I pretty much get all my fat from a couple burgers.
If I'm cooking for guests I'll even buy 73/27 which tastes awesome. Most people are fat chits anyway lol.*SCC*

I literally just took like ten different vitamins and supplements from my pantry at once. I just want my shoulder to heal up so I can train upper body again. Chit is depressing me but thankfully it's probably just a mild tear considering it only hurts if I try and do a push up or something. I took biotin, CoQ10, Vit.D3, hyaluronic acid, and a bunch of multis.

Lol. Just lol. Fuk that lol he’s not a true gymer if u ask me. full blown classic stereotypical roid user right there... just depends on the juice to make him look good.. which it does.. doesnt know a damn thing about hard work and working your ass off. fuk that man.. kinda makes me mad honestly.. if i was on juice it would make me train even harder to optimize da gainz not use it as an escuse to work less and get better results

My 9 years lifting makes you mad? And the fact that I use less supplements than most physique guys and work the battle of the fork? I've posted plenty of my training videos in here. I was the most shredded guy in 2 state competitions last year. You can hate on me all you want, but please don't assume I get by without doing work.
Edit: I spent almost half of the entire last year (post contest until 11 weeks ago) without supplements, FWIW.Use coupon code BEARD for 5% off your order at truenutrition.com
