Definitely bison. I make bison burger patties from Costco. They're the 90/10 type so pretty lean meat.

The Trader Joe's bison patties are really solid, too. Haven't seen them at Costco in my area.

Also, ZERO goofs thus far on RFL and I still feel great (minus being like seriously goddamn hungry).

Das it mane. Gonna drop cals tomorrow to 2200, lose what I can by the end of April, then just do a quick reverse into a lean bulk for the summer. I wanna try ppl 2x a week with 531 percentages for my main lifts.

It's up to corporate to decide which store carries ground bison, so you won't find it at every warehouse. Ask me how I know.

I've been eating 80/20 beef but mostly just because I've been grilling a ton and that extra fat makes some damn good tasting burgers on the grill. On those days I pretty much get all my fat from a couple burgers.

If I'm cooking for guests I'll even buy 73/27 which tastes awesome. Most people are fat chits anyway lol.

I literally just took like ten different vitamins and supplements from my pantry at once. I just want my shoulder to heal up so I can train upper body again. Chit is depressing me but thankfully it's probably just a mild tear considering it only hurts if I try and do a push up or something. I took biotin, CoQ10, Vit.D3, hyaluronic acid, and a bunch of multis.

Same in Canada, our standards for live stock are higher... but Murica pays like $1/lb of chicken. Would take hormone filled chicken if it meant paying 1/3 what we currently do.

I am on my 2nd week of cutting , learned a lot from my previous cut.

Gonna be honest I gained the weight back I lost and maybe some more not stepping on a scale for a long time gonna just keep cutting and training hard and eating clean and taking my supps!

I basically have been doing this for months but instead I do chest and back/legs/shoulders and arms x2.

Was never a fan of PPL because I'm tall so chit chest and I'm natty so chit shoulders so didn't care to train them on the same day

I was the most shredded guy in 2 state competitions last year. You can hate on me all you want, but please don't assume I get by without doing work.

Edit: I spent almost half of the entire last year (post contest until 11 weeks ago) without supplements, FWIW.
