To the post saying they like cardio more than lifting...I enjoy running outside, and that's about it. I can't stand the tredmill or cycling. Running distance, and in the future, sprints, will be my only forms of conditioning work. Never again will I go on a stationary bike for 30 minutes and pedal away.

so today I only had time for a 600 calorie breakfast, hit 2 hours of high intensity high volume lifting in the gym 15 min cardio burned 200 calories had a protein shake and then a quest bar and 3 handfuls of peanuts at work. I will get off work an have a couple hours of movie watching when I get home. Would I be correct in saying its totally fine if I get a couple candy bars and some cheezits for total of like 800 calories and still be in a good deficit?
