brahs I'm try to play around with my macro's this week, kinda stalled the past two weeks. Does this seem reasonable?
Train days x 4 2500 cal +5%
Rest Days x 3 1500 cal -35%
Maaaaaay switch one of the upper days to 2000cal
Edit: TDEE is around ~2400*LSU crew*

Me either. Won't do Panama this time because I'm staying in the north western part of the country not the southen part. One of the things were doing is a day trip to Nicaragua though. Inb4 drug cartels.
But I want to go to Panama another time. Costa Rica and Panama are a couple of the places I'm considering moving to someday after I retire. Cheap as fuk, close enough to US for visiting, tax bennies and good healthcare.

I did!.....and at almost 62 years young....
I said it in a post yesterday, perhaps you missed it , I think if one gets rid of the thought of attaining The Shredz at a certain weight as in; "I'm not going below 'x' amount of pounds." Then it is possible.
Look at what BoB has achieved so far!
Also we are usually carrying more fat than we think we are when we start a cut.
BTW: Looking pissening in latest pic..Last edited by deltpecx; 03-20-2015 at 06:57 AM.
She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.

I think I've found the Holy Grail of cutting...
It's all about portion control:

just don't wanna see brahs go down the same path i went down last year on my first cut. brb cutting took twice as long because i was constantly cheating and looking for ways to justify it. that's time wasted that i could have spent building muscle. which is obviously what i should be doing for the most part.
this spring i don't wanna be in a deficit past april. fuk that. need to get back on the gain train.
on a positive note i've hit PRs everyday this week at 165-167lbs. even started back squatting again now that my back is feeling better. can't really do any high effort sets out of fear of form break down/reinjury, but some heavy triples and 5x8's are feeling good.
so happy that i hit an OHP PR too. 125x6. poverty as fuk but that chit wasn't even moving when i was in a surplus. das it mane.*SCC*

das it
If you don't bulk like a retard there's nothing wrong with starting off skinny fat and bulking for a year or two. You don't need to jump into a huge amount of cals, especially for a newb lifter they'll make gains regardless and some recomp will happen. I wouldn't recommend it in the middle of summer necessarily but a good long bulk through the fall / winter months is the way to go for most people. I pretty much do it every year but I never go crazy with the bulk like some eating disorder binge either and wouldn't recommend anyone do that unless they're really skinny to begin with.
lol yeah but it's a running joke ITT to say start Monday
