yeah Im going to get more serious I think, im out of herb and haven't been smoking a lot the past few days and my energy level is up a bit.
its a thermogenic, supposed to be one of the most hardcore. supposedly 12 hours lol. I took one on empty stomach at like 1130am and idk maybe its the coffee I just drank but I still think I feel it.

These guys are achievable after 5-10 years if you have EXCEPTIONALLY good genetics. The guy second from left only weighed 162lb. at the weigh in, so it is an illusion (Just shows you how many "nattys" aren't actually natty)
If you don't think that you can reach 162lb. shredded please stop lifting

there's substances that make people have the ''illusion'' and look bigger than they actually are and I'd write it down but it would get me banned
steroids are much more than just ''more muscle'' or ''no catabolism when dieting'' etc.

I'm a month into my cut. Had a few days where I didn't count everything (like when I was in a suite for the Timberwolves game for an outing with coworkers and my boss at my new job), but I'm down 10 pounds in just under six weeks.
Gonna go from a 500 deficit to a 400-300. I've been able to add reps/weight to my lifts, but got dam it's tough.If you see it, you can lift it.
