Tried using knee wraps for the first time today. Not really a good brand or anything. Hit 405 for an easy single. Felt like the wraps were too high though. 365 went up easier than ever without the wraps. Feelsgoodman

Think I solved my problem.
Been doing seated cable rows and I guess the V-bar was too narrow or something and was straining my bicep and shoulders. Fuk lol should have never incorporated this exercise into my back routine in the first place.
Anyway stopped doing it and I'm starting to feel a little better now.Disregard Everything, Acquire Aesthetics Crew
