Wish I could find a gym with that machine lateral raise. Always wanted to try those.

Those were some great triceps presses. I appreciate the effort though, workout actuslly had some intensity to it which is rare these days.

The dude training with Bonac must've lost all circulation in his arms after those presses. Trust me, you don't want a pump when you're wearing double ply elbow sleeves....
