You've gotta think big and dream big, if ever you're going to do anything extraordinary.
At Animal, we've been pushing that envelope since 1983.
I'll admit, I've never been big on moderation. Or the idea of living small and mundane.
Never really been into the online promo scene either. Was always too scared of being a shill.
But this one feels different. The genesis of the idea... The enormity of it all... The overwhelming generosity. It was too much to ignore.
A massive Animal Pak can. Bigger than life. Full of the kind of gear and supps that could dramatically impact an aspiring lifter's journey.
The first such opportunity came in January for our brothers at home on the FORVM: http://forum.animalpak.com/showthrea...-Pak-Can-Promo
There, our brethren, in 250 words or less, had to express how Animal has changed their life. Sharing their experiences and their journey with us. The responses were awesome.
Now is your chance. Same challenge. Same rules--you must be 18 yrs or older with a valid US mailing address.
Tell us, right here in this thread, what Animal means to you, and how it has influenced your life in the iron game.
The deadline for entry is Thursday, February 26th at 8am EST. So don't sleep.
Very excited to read your spirited entries and to be inspired. And can't wait to give away something so amazingly obscene.
Peace, G

Animal has been a huge part of my life for the last 8 years. Crazy how fast time flew by and change came. One of the only things that has been steadfast in those 8 years has been that A on the back of my shirt, and everything it stands for.
Good luck to all who are entering. This is a great opportunity.Animal Rep

For me Animal stands for legacy. When I was around 12 years old my parents split and I end up living with my father. For reasons not known to me at the time, my father started working out like an "animal". He had a couple of supplements in a cabinet in our kitchen. I snooped around 1 day and it was the first time I saw the iconic tub on Animal Pak. That black and yellow tub left me in awe. I built up enough courage and asked my father if I could take a pack. He said absolutely not. What he said I could do is start working out with him. So I took him up on the opportunity and I've been active ever since. Fast foward more than 15 years later and my father is no longer with us. What he left behind is a foundation for me to be active and healthy for the rest of my life. He instilled that in me and it may not ever have started without my first glimpse of that yellow and black tub. I still take Animal Pak religiously to this day because now I am here to carry on the legacy!

Who am I? You’re brother 27 years, 6’ 1”, 283 lbs. among the flesh competing in the bodybuilding.com 2015 200K Transformation Challenge. Looking at me you can tell I have failed at standing among you on stage and in the foreground of everyday life. But what you don’t know about me, as much as I fail, I keep my head up. This past month I have dropped 26 lbs., PUSHING against all odds, breaking all doors that are locked in my path. I am that fat kid you remember in high school walking alone in the shadows. Animal has awakened me, I no longer walk in the shadows, I am that grunting sound of Animal, slamming weights behind you in and outside the gym. Animal has ignited a strength within me that I never knew I had, a will that pushes me past the scorching pain of each rep. The truth is I never was doing this alone Universal Nutrition has laid a foundation for anyone to partake of no matter where your mind is residing. With this foundation we overcome the fears of man, we are part of a brotherhood, I am not alone.
ANIMAL is a FOUNDATION built of Brotherhood

This will be tough is 250 words or less, but here we go!
Animal to me is not a brand, it is a lifestyle. If one looks at the supplements the company produces, the videos, and the ABC meetings, one can see that Animal is all about the lifting lifestyle. Animal, to me, means to go to the gym no matter what. Do not let obstacles get in the way. Unless it is an extreme circumstance, consistently lift, rest, and be in tune with the diet. For example, the snow for me today. I could have said screw it and came up with a handful of excuses to not train or not follow my diet, however, I did not. Instead, I sucked it up, cleaned off my car, drove safely, and made my way to the gym. Even when I was in the hospital awaiting my heart transplant, I still lived up to my definition of Animal. I could not make my own meals or count macros, but I still kept my diet in check. I could order my own food. For breakfast, I would stick with eggs, fruit, oatmeal, and veggies. For lunch and dinner, I would stick with fish, chicken breast, turkey breast, veggies, salad, and cottage cheese. I would walk, on average, eight miles a day in my hospital unit. Animal is a lifestyle and if one really wants to live this lifestyle, the Animal brand is the best way to understand the lifestyle.
Here is the proof it is under 250 words

Thanks you Animal.
I remember the day perfectly. All I wanted growing up was to be in a fraternity.I opened the door, my heart dropped. They didn't have to say anything I knew it from their faces. February 8 2013 was one of my worst days. I was 18, 212lbs, chubby, no girlfriend and honestly questioning if I was even at the right school anymore.I called my brother and he said forget them and he sent me a link. I watched the 2012 Cage video about 10x watching each guy lift. Their faces said it all. No one and nothing matters at that moment while the weights were in front of them. my brother said Put all my emotions into the gym block everyone out and just lift.
I remember the name Hoss because I will never forget watching him squat 1015lbs. I focued like he did blocking out everyone and just lifted the weight. After that week I bought my first Animal Pack can. One week in, my confidence was through the roof I didn't care about anything except going to class and the gym. It was February 17, I was running on adrenaline and confidence after my workout and I stopped in this girls room. I said "hey I think your cute and I wanna take you to dinner" won't forget the look she gave me cause she was way outta my league.
Next week ill be 185lbs, down 3 pant sizes. February 8 was my 2 year anniversary in the gym and next Tuesday the 17 will be my two year anniversary with the girl of my dreams. Animal changed my life, I'm healthier, stronger, more confident and honestly not getting a bid and seeing Hoss squat 1015lbs was the greatest thing that has happened to me in the last 20years of my life and I'm thankful for Animal being the company it is and will support it everyday because I truly believe in it!MuscleTech Supporter

I was introduced to animal back in 2004. A buddy of mine told me about the forum and commradery that the members on there shared and supported each other to help reach there goals. I hopped on after work and was instantly hooked! Being a part of the animal family has made me a better man. It's so inspiring to read thru everyone's ups and downs and it motivates the hell out of Ya! Being an animal and seeing other people put in the work and grind day in and day out has made me want to do the same in all facets of my life..I'm a better father, husband, nurse because of it and I owe that to being a member of the Pak! That forum has helped me thru some dark times in my life and I owe alot of my achievements to those numerous supporters on there. From the king G diesel, to the athletes, to naturalguy and j dawg, all the way down to Joe Schmo on there, everyone supports Ya no matter where your at or what your goals are..no judgements, no bs...just a tight nit family! Thanks again!

How has Animal influenced my life....
well, to start off with, They have been behind me in one way or another for years. from using their website for workout and diet advice before they even started the FORVM (I remember enjoying the absolute torture of the Wheels of Steel workout program), to the advice and support I received after the FORVM started up.
Animal has given back to me in so many ways. They have allowed me to test and review a few of the new products that were being released, and I have enjoyed the friendships I have made as a part of the Animal Family. From a friendly competition to be the first to deadlift 450, to getting unsolicited support from the pro athletes in my own thread, it makes it truly a brotherhood.
Animal and Universal aren't just a company to me, they are a lifestyle, a dedication, a source of pride. When I wear the shirts, take the supplements, eat the chicken and tuna day in and out, lift the iron, I feel the whole Legion behind me pushing for that next PR.
Even if I don't win this promo, I want to say THANK YOU to a company that has transcended the "Big Corporate" stereotype. A company that makes stuff that works, and keeps it real.

Animal Legacy "Part 1" - Only the beginning
Before the gym I was just a tall skinny fat dude heading in a bad direction. I was addicted to beer and video games and on a self-destructive path. I have been through a lot in my 34 years and without the brothers and sisters here I would have nothing. In the darkness of my own mind I sit and think, I jump around a lot and Animal is what woke up the drive for me to see my true potential. The friends I have made are life long and the bond is never ending.
Animal pak is the first real supplement I took outside of a protein and I honestly think it was the building block for my strength today. Since then I have tried every supplement from Animal and every stack. This company has changed my life and for that I am truly thankful. I would not be the father, husband or athlete that I am without Animal, the FORVM, the members and the iron. This is only the beginning…take this journey with me and lets all be great, be primal, Be Animals…
Animal is a brotherhood, the brand has kept me on the right path and probably saved my health and kept me here for my family longer. That is the end goal right? Lift heavy **** and last forever. Forever an Animal…Trebin

I remember my younger days at the gym while I was in the military, all the bigger guys would talk about taking animal packs and creatine. I wanted to get big I had to take what they were and work hard. I had to get those Animal Packs that was back in 1997, 18 years ago. I always pushed harder when I was taking an Animal Pack almost super human. Of course this was mostly in my head, but great memories. Now supplements fads come and go, but one staple hasn't changed Animal packs are the foundation, and still considered the best. When you purchase a Universal product you know you're getting a quality product that's not just fluff, it's real supplements that produce real results.

As you can see from my avatar photo, I have red hair. For a girl growing up that may be a good thing, but for young boys (especially goofy skinny ones) its pretty tough. All throughout my life there was never really a time when I truly fit in. High school was the worst. Constantly picked on and called names (mostly the red head jokes). Always weak and skinny. I wanted to change that when I was younger and I even had some weights, but I guess working out alone I could never motivate myself. Last March I joined a local gym and spent the first month wandering from machine to machine. Then I found Bodybuilding.com and the BodySpace app. I was able to get some direction from the articles and the plans listed there. 153 lbs on a mission to gain weight and I did. Before the summer I reached 171 lbs. The first ANIMAL product that I ever bought was a duffle bag. I know it may seem silly to some, but that bag made me feel like I belonged. Since then I have used a whole host of ANIMAL products, multivitamins, preworkout, my wife even bought me a shaker cup for Christmas. There are some who may have trouble staying motivated in the gym, but I believe with the right supplements (ANIMAL) it's easy and extremely enjoyable to workout. In the first year of my workout life, a lack of motivation has not kept me from the gym once. I credit that to many things, but some of that credit definitely goes to you guys. I am a proud member of the ZOO HEALTH CLUB, and I figure that's exactly where an ANIMAL should be!
