Question Rotator Cuff / Shoulder Surgery - Recovery level

I just had my rotator cuff surgery done. Does anyone here know if my recovery will be full and will I be able lift as much weight as I would have without the injury every happening? Have I lost strength and ability to fall freely for good? Both my sport - Football and Cricket - require jumping, diving, falling ... Will I be able to return to these just like before?

Follow your physicians and therapist instructions to a T. If you are feeling good, do not push it until you get the green light from your physician.

ayo guys, worked up to about a 3rm on squats today and looking for some form advice. rep 3 seems quite sloppy and i'm not really sure what's going on with my pelvis at the bottom. still getting used to wraps, do any of you have advice for getting in/out of the hole without losing tightness? are there any other glaring mistakes going on with my lifts? camera was placed on top of hubble space telescope, so i apologize if the angle is not ideal. seems like you can see fine in the mirror, however.
