Pink lemonade ! Ah ! That's one of my favorite flavors
I wake up at 5am to train everyday (thanks to my husband waking me up) so I NEED something to help me get to the gym. I've only had the so called muscle pump a handful of times, so I want to see if this could make it
Happen more frequently ! I'm also working on squatting 225-I've done 185 twice and keep pushing myself to get there.
I would gladly write an honest review in the store and make a thread in the supp review sectionMarried to user "mormonpickett"
Yeah Buddy
I Squat

I go to the gym after classes and work all day so my pre workout gives me the kick in the butt I need to go hit the weights hard. I love pink lemonade and know Pump Igniter will give me that boost of energy in the gym with an awesome added pump! I'd love to test this out and review it for you!

I started student teaching last month. This has forced me to train after school compared to in the morning when I'm full of energy. Not only that, but with teaching, one needs to exert a ton of energy to the students and while teaching the lesson for it to be effective! Some days, I will have to stay after school for meetings, staying late with some students, or for some other reason. Not only that, I am still working part time! Pump igniter will not only help me get through my workouts and feel refreshed, but it will also help me with my mind muscle connection which has been lacking and is an important part to lifting.

Same for me, because of my crazy life my only option is to work out after I get off work at 7 am, it's either that or wait until I get my days off to work out, which for me isn't an option. So truthtruthfully I need all the help I can get, and I think pump igniter looks like something that would definitely help me to stay on my weight loss and strength gain track. Would love to test it out

Been bouncing around between a few different pre workouts lately and none of them are blowing me away, really looking for something new to power me through my early morning workouts. Would love to give Pump Igniter a try for the first time and see how it stacks up.
Will have no problem posting up a review for you guys,

I’m nearing 30, and with a wife, 1 year old, finishing up my masters while working 12 hour night shifts as an emergency responder at a chemical plant, I don’t get a lot of sleep. I’m always looking for a good preworkout to kick my ass and get me motivated to run my full body routine. As I’ve lost weight and in a reverse diet recomp phase (bulking calories in the next week or two) I’ve noticed more and more pump, as such I’VE BECOME ADDICTED, and have been casually looking at “pump” products as my current PWO doesn’t really offer that.

This seems like an awesome promo! Thanks for running it here on BB.com. Pump Igniter would help me achieve them massive pumps in the gym that I am always looking for . While I haven't tried this product before I would be happy to give this a run and a review. I lift very frequently throughout the week and I am starting to incorporate 45min swimming sessions as well to quickly cut down. I am needing energy throughout the day and I think this supplement may help me with this. Good luck to everyone who enters!

Love pink lemonade anything! Working full time, full time mom, full time wife, and that still doesn't stop me from getting my gym on! However, I'm always looking for that next best thing to up my game in the gym and get the best that I can out of my workout! It helps to have that extra something that'll give me extra energy and that extra pump that I need to make it through the full sesh.

Here is where I am at currently:
From December 14th to January 25th, my weekly average weight went from 177.4 to 171.2 (6.2 pounds lost), and I lost a 1/2 inch off my quads, calves, neck, and hips, 2.5 inches off my waist line, everything else stayed the same! I was stoked! I then added in 25g of carbs immediately, and started adding an additional 5g a day for the first week. I am now on the 2nd week of my reverse, I added in 5g of fat daily and am adding in 10g of carbs of a day. I probably have about 1 week left of reversing to get my calories back up where I want them to be in order to be in a lean mass phase!
Here are some of my goals!
My 2015 Fitness Goals:
Squat 315lbs in competition
Overhead Press 135lbs strict in gym
Pause Bench over 225lbs in competition
Deadlift over 350lbs in competition
Clean and Jerk 185lbs
Complete a muscle up
Complete a pistol squat
Run, Swim, do not quit doing cardio for the sake of lifting
Here is what my training is like!
Monday: Squat/Bench focus, Clean&Jerk, Chin-ups, Face Pulls - followed by 10 * 100 meter sprints, jogging 100 meters between for recovery (2000 meters total)
Tuesday: Accessory lifts (i.e. ABS, arms, lateral head/rear delt, calves, bi's... just a quick half hour pump sesh) & 3 mile jog
Wednesday: Deadlifts/Incline Barbell, DB Shoulder Press/Barbell Lunges, Row for upper back, Face Pulls - followed by 10 * 100 meter sprints, jogging 100 meters between for recovery (2000 meters total)
Thursday: Accessory lifts (i.e. ABS, arms, lateral head/rear delt, calves, bi's... just a quick half hour pump sesh) & 3 mile jog
Friday: Front Squats/OHP, SLDL's/Close Grip Bench, Face Pulls
Saturday: 10*10 day - Squat/DB Incline Bench, Seated Bicep Curl/Tricep Rope extension, Lateral Raises/Sit-ups
Sunday: A much deserved off day!
My progression scheme for my Monday, Wednesday, Friday workouts is week 1: 5*7, week 2: 7*5, and week 3: 10*3 - then add 5-10 pounds and work through 3 weeks again. Deloading & then Testing maxes in a mock meet after 3 cycles. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday are less structured, but still with progressive overload on the forefront!
Here's what I am currently taking for supplements:
Vitamin/Overall Health Supps
-Vitamin D3 - 5000iu daily
-Omega 3 fish oil - 3 caps daily
Muscle Building, Fat Loss, and/or Performance Supps
-Creatine Monohydrate - 5g daily
-Beta-Alanine - 3.2g daily
-Nutrabolics Carnibolic
-Whey Protein as needed, but I consider that to be more of a food source
I JUST FINISHED MY TUB OF BETA-CRET!
A hard hitting pre-workout like PUMP IGNITER would be awesome too helping me reach my goals, and kill it in the gym after a long day in classes!
