Thought of this so I can hopefully save at least 1 Brah from making the same mistake
Squats and Deadlifts and specifically leg day has always been my favorite lifts / day
Last summer I got a Bulged Disc in my lower back from Deadlifts or Squats I cannot say exactly which lift but it was one of them
It has been the hardest recovery and rehab assignment because this doesn't heal by itself -- you have to rehab it slowly and surely and stretch a **** ton to get it back to 100%
Misc Brahs if u love these lifts like I do work on perfecting your form 100% and don't go to heavy
These lifts are very dangerous if your form is off at all or u go to heavy
Brahs
Take my tale of caution and be careful
Love ya Misc
Retard, learn how to train. 2 compound movements that destroy the core and supporting muscles. You don't recover from the first compound movement and now form suffers. I am glad you are out of the lifting game and won't get asked for advice.
I keep pushing because I think I'm untouchable. But I'll learn the hard way because I'm only a popcorn fart away from a 30 day ban.
a lot easier to fuk your back up on leg press than a squat or deadlift
but its way easier to pretend that you're strong by loading up the leg press with every 45 in the gym and moving the sled 2 inches back and forth while screaming that you're hardcore.
This sounds right, but I have a hard time taking it from someone that doesnt squat to depth.
and I have a hard time listening to criticism from a guy who won't post vids of himself squatting.......ever. you can shut me up right now by posting a video of yourself squatting to depth. I dare you. and tell me what vid of mine am I not squatting to depth please.
foolish OP don't you know im a sayajin...injuries only make me stronger
