Wow bro you look excellent. Were you one to measure your dimensions before and after the cut? I'm in a similar boat as your before pic and I'm curious to know how much size is lost if any. Not that measurements are really important, looks are but I'm curious about this. Also what did your diet look like? I got a lot of muscle and strength but I love food lol! I need to get a solid diet down so I can lose some fat and not muscle.

These photos were from Around January until August. But I stopped dieting in July. I was actually reverse dieting here, and looked much better filled out.
To the poster above me, I did measure most things, and of course I lost inches everywhere dropping 40lbs and all of it being mostly fat. I most noticeably went from a 36 inch waist to a 28 inch waist or 29.Team Norton
