It's quite different when the other LEO's testimony was against the shooter, and that it clearly said he had his hands on his head most of the time except when he warned them to scratch his nose and never moving towards them.

You don't hear many cop apologists because there has been almost 0 coverage on this whereas when it's not a "honkey" CNN is reporting on it 24/7, it's on the front page of every paper in the country, and Obama addresses the nation and sends White House reps to the funeral. I'm not a cop apologist and I'm not one of those people that thinks all cops are pigs and should be shot. I believe there are more good ones than bad but that the bad ones should still be held accountable. I also give them the benefit of the doubt until all of the facts come out due to what they have to deal with on a daily basis.

True Story -

I knew a brah (military) who was living on base whose wife slooting it up with a SP (security police). he and his wife got into a big argument, she calls the cops and the cop who is banging her shows up and proceeds to beat the chit out of the husband. It all came to light because the cops were questioning why he used so much force against the husband, come to find out the cop and the wife were fuking.

- Dude comes home
- Wife of 24 years and mother to his 2 kids is saying she wants to end the relationship
- Wife calls cops because he was throwing her stuff into the street
- Cops get there
- Dude appears to be quite calm when talking to police
- Puts his hands up and says "I don't want to die today" (confirmed by witnesses and a fellow cop)
- Cops shoots the freedoms out of this guy for no reason and later states "“I meant to pull that trigger… It’s not accidental… I don’t feel sorry for shooting the guy at all.”

If all of this is true. Give me one good reason why he should not be charged with murder.

lmao, it did say she was slooting it up with a MARRIED man, and leaving John for that said married man. The officer in question, Torres, was a married man and was in an argument with his wife before the incident.
