I could just imagine what really happened that fateful day. The guy was throwing the biotch out for not doing the dishes and doing the laundry and complaining about how she is "oppresed" because she has a man to pay for all her **** but she still has to do the laundry. Calls the cops, tell them that shes a 6/10 white girl. Every cop in the county shows up at the house. Douchebag cop asks what happened bitch says "HE BEAT ME FOR NOT HAVING SEXORS" male replies in a calm voice, "Officer, I would never hit a woman, I was just moving my ex-gf's stuff out because-" "GET ON THE GROUND SCUMBAG!" yells the cop, guy gets on the ground puts hands on his head, all the whille the cop is thinking if I beat this guy up or kill this douchebag I will have a chance at banging 6/10 white sloot. Guy says "Office, can I plea-" "THAT WAS A THREAT, I DO NOT FEEL SAFE, DIE MOTHER****ER RAPIST SCUMBAG!" whips out his gun, along with the other 45 cops there and they barrage the guy with a gajillion bullets. All 46 cops admit that they were in danger of dieing. Douchebag cop ends up not ****ing the bitch.

True Story -
I knew a brah (military) who was living on base whose wife slooting it up with a SP (security police). he and his wife got into a big argument, she calls the cops and the cop who is banging her shows up and proceeds to beat the chit out of the husband. It all came to light because the cops were questioning why he used so much force against the husband, come to find out the cop and the wife were fuking.
True fuking story. To the ego, the present moment hardly exists. Only past and future are considered important. This total reversal of the truth accounts for the fact that in the ego mode the mind is so dysfunctional. It is always concerned with keeping the past alive, because without it - who are you?

This, if he feels no remorse in the killing of another human being, then lets treat him like how he treated the guy he killed, a cockroach.
So lets see here for punishment, I'm thinking we should first severely beat this douche with a tire iron for hour, then waterboard him for a while, then tie him down to a decline conveyor belt, belly side down, wedge a funnel in his mouth, and let him have the endless supply of chicken nuggets that await him. Don't worry I'll videotape it and send it into americans funniest home videos so everybody can watch as this dumpster trash dies the most humiliating death.

How do some of these people become cops? Like that officer who mistook a teenager holding a Wii remote for a gun when he answered the door and shot him. Who had previously been found doing stupid sh!t'
Details have emerged about the shooter, Cpl. Nancy Beth Gatny. WXIA reported about her history in law enforcement and revealed that she had been fired from a previous department.
Gatny had a history of suspensions and reprimands for failure to follow department policies. She had only been with Euharlee for 10 months. Her former supervisors said she had issues including paperwork problems, repeated car accidents, and equipment blunders.
Notably, she fired her weapon in 2008 at a suspect removing his backpack. She was fired from her previous job ultimately for failure to report to work. Gatny allegedly tried to collect disability.
Meanwhile people are waiting years to get into the NYPD. I'm not a cop hater but I just don't understand how people like this get into law enforcement agencies.

I guess reading the article was too much work for you? Because if you had, you would've known that other cops that were there that day are the ones saying the guy was shot for no reason.
Keep wishing death on people for no reason though, it keeps us from having to guess whether you're an idiot or notOnce upon a time:

From a report that the judge forced the police to disclose.
Yes, wall of text - but part of info SUMMARIZED.
There wasn't anyone inside the house except him when the police arrived.
A transcript here, reading it atm. Radio report claimed he had threatened to use his gun against the police, but had no gun on his body.
According to one of the officers:
He put that on object on the ground next to his left leg that was a gun in a holster - but had hands on top of his head the whole time apart from that moment.
He protested that the officers at the scene had weapons drawn at him and that they had no legal rights to be on his property - that he had not broken any law.
He refused to come out of his house and repeated they he didn't like guns drawn at him. But he did threaten to use his guns in defense if they shot at him. He referred to the weapon in question as a 357 right near the door (later revealed to be the weapon he put on his floor before putting his hands up).
According to Officer Kushner, he heard on the radio report that the SLOOT had told them he told them he might do a suicide by cop (not in exact words) if she called [when he was intoxicated].
I think he probably sobered up by the time of his shooting.
He then kept repeating the property transgression and the guns pointed at him while he had his hands up.
He said that he can walk back to his house and there's not "a damn legal thing they can do about it". He refused to get out of his house - stood on the door with his hands on his head.
He also seems careful of any sudden movement and warned the officers when he wanted to scratch his nose - which he slowly did after telling them that multiple times, then put his hands on his head again.
He also repeated that he was going back inside to get a cup of water - that he was thirsty and that there's not a "legal damned thing you can do about it". Officer Barnes kept offering to give him a bottle of water if he stepped out and sat on the porch.
According to officer Kushner, "all movements were contained at the threshold of the door. [...] If he took a step, side to side, it was in view."
And according to him, the biggest concern was that he'd go back into his house and grab weapons as the SLOOT SLOOT told them that he had 2 guns in his safe.
The officers all had their eyes on him, and his hands were still on his head (He was always fidgety, but there were no sudden fast movements and claimed he was getting more impatient and irritated at their [The officers'] threat), when the other officers heard a sudden unexpected "gunshot" and a redspot appeared in the belly of John Geer. He yelped, went back into his house and closed the door.
According to the officers, they then took behind suitable cover [I infer it is because of the report from the SLOOT BITCH told them that he had a shotgun in his safe] after he closed his door, but there was no response from Geer anymore for more than an hour.
John Geer had people in his house waiting outside during the police confrontation.
It seems officer Torres had a pretty heated conversation with his wife before the shooting.
His subsequent interview said "I don't know why I, uh, made that comment" referring to the "no regret" comment. He also said his "arms were tired". He referred to his "tiredness" and "Stressed", but his comment regarding the last moments leading up to the shooting contradicted other officers' account.
He contracted other accounts that John had made no "Sudden movement" or that his movements were confined around his head and face area.
