But.. I HATE Protien Shakes and Milk(like in cereal only).
And its very very hard to get 170-200g of protein without it? Any ideas? Its almost the only thing stopping me from finishing my food plan. I tried drinking down the drinks really quickly but I cant do that everyday.

try ON double chocolate or dymatize elite whey. Stay away from vanillas and strawberries. In general stick to chocolates they taste the best by far.
Also try to eat more food. I eat almost 350 grams of protein a day on a cut and only drink one shake post workout. Throw some more chicken, tuna, etc. in. With only eating around 200 grams of protein a day you shouldn't need much more than one shake a day.

if you hate protein shakes, try protein smoothies. go to the grocery store and get your favorite frozen fruit (I use a mix of berries, pineapple, and bannana) just toss that in a blender with vanilla powder and some milk/juice and voila. tastes great and its loaded with antioxidants, protein, and all other kinds of good stuff.
Guess what?!?!?!?! Being HYOOGE isn't that great! Most girls think it's gross, and most normal guys think it's overcompensating for something... But you go ahead and keep on bulking at 15% bodyfat, keep rowing untill your lats are so big you can't sit in a regular car seat, keep shrugging untill you don't have a neck anymore, have fun with it if you really enjoy it... But don't criticize and berate me because I lift for different reasons than you.

I bought a small bag of this a while ago just to try it. I don't see the problem with it, at first I agree it tasted like **** mixing it with water but then I got creative. AFter work out I put in 1-2 cups of milk in the blender 1 scoop of GNC strawberry Whey Protein and it tasted delicious! You can always add blueberries or stuffl ike that. At night I would take 1 cup of cottage cheese 1 scoop of the GNC whey protein BARE NAKED natural granola and some vanilla yogurt, some blueberries MIX IT UP! and bammmmmmmmm it's freaking good.
