Hi, I've reading the forum for a couple of months and found a couple of usefull suggestions but I'm finding it dificult where to make a start. Is there an Online Basic Free Nutrition Course that anybody can recommend. I'm based in Spain and I want to learn online.
There is a lot of fake and conflictin information and I want to understand the real science of nutrition!
Thank you so much I hpe to contribute on my own suggestion in future...!!!
Regards!!!

Read the sources sited in the stickies is a good place to start learning some; as for actual courses, can't help there.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Can try asking in the 'Personal Trainer' section of the forum, they would likely have some more resources for this too.

This is a good place to not only find unbiased info, but also to learn how to pick apart studies.

Girth Control by Alan Aragon was an eye opener for me three or four years ago. Also, Lyle McDonald has a ton of great info in his books (Ultimate Diet specifically). Even if you take out the extreme routines, you can gain a ton of info. Also, you can grab a lot of info for free from Layne Norton and a few others.
Keep in mind that everything these people write shouldn't be held as absolute truths. There will be differences of practice, point of view, and ideals. You just use each to held build a wealth of general understanding. My Training Journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=120696121

Hi!!! yes I undestand your point... But I`ve done some courses in important websites with a university signature track and sometimes they offers you some help with the payments and sometimes you can do it for free...
That's why... the more important thing is not to be free course, the important thing is to be with a diploma, so I can know that I have a back up on my knowledge for my clients.
Thanks!!!
