    Going to train with IFBB pro!!!!

    At gym today, doing legs with my bros when a guy walks up and compliments me on my pants (gym shark fitted, fav pants srs) and asks if I'm a youtuber, and I said no but I'd like to get into it, and he tells me him and his best friend work out here all the time and if I could subscribe to him and if me and my friends want to do a couple sessions with them that would be cool, and turns out the guy I was talking to was IFBB Pro Austin Current, and I'm stoked guys, cause being an IFBB pro physique competitor is my dream/goal, and now I can get tips and stuff from someone who made it and maybe now I'll make it. Training chest with them next weekkkkkkkkk

    I don't know where the 4 year number came from, I've been for just under 2 years, and I'm more like 5,9.5 5'10. And weighed in at 161 this morning, but not as lean, I'd say 10%.

    I haven't really trained for strength, and I don't ever max but I'm pretty sure if I worked at it a couple months I could get a 2/3/4 down. I was going to start working on my strength when I hit 170 lol.

    I know a few.. generally their info isn't anything different. They have the dedication and genetics. Don't expect much to change srs

    and 2. you're not weak for your size, because your size is small. at 5'10, no ones going to expect you to be strong until you're like 30-40 pounds heavier.

    just lift heavy and eat big. you'll waste a lot less time if you just keep it simple and do that

    Sounds dope OP. I remember when one of the most aesthetic/big guys at my gym asked if I wanted to train with him. It put me in the best mood, your workouts will be a lot better and you'll learn a lot man goodluck!

    I spent like 20 minutes figuring out how to edit height on mobile like last week and I can't remember now, the new layout ****** it all up

    Some truth genetics wise, but expect to learn a lot in terms of different tools and tricks. I've been training with a IFBB pro in physique for several months now and have learned more than I could've ever imagined and have made great progress. Goodluck man
