    Question Please Help me, if i am taking the Right Supplements.

    Hi, I am 24 Years old. (MALE)
    Height 5:8'
    Weight 145lb.

    I have been working out for over 3 months now, ( 5 days a week training ) I have lost almost 10lbs and saw few changes in my body.

    well, I am taking the following supplements,
    Please let me know if I am taking right things to get ripped and gain some muscles in my body.

    Pre/During: Cellulor M5 Reloaded. (blue raspberry)
    After workout: GNC wheybolic extreme 60 ( chocolate)
    Before bed : *GNC Triple Strength Fish Oil 1500
    *GNC Herbal Plus® Green Tea Complex 500 MG
    *GNC liver support (twice a week )
    others: GNC megamen sports (powder)

    PLEASE let me know if I am taking the right and harmless supplements.

    Why are you taking liver support?
    As I am only assuming you are a healthy 24 years old young adult..

    As for your retail supps, I would rather shop at this store site as it saves a whole lot of $$$.

    BUT if you see only a few changes on your body, then I would suggest depending on WHOLE FOODS rather than supps. Most often, people become so dependent on supps that they forget that diet is the biggest factor to your results~

    I would highly recommend following an established workout program here (some ranging from 4 weeks to 12 weeks!).
