always silently laugh to myself when guys walk around the gym, all puffed up and chests out, look decent from the front...and zero trap and back width. shoulders should be wider than your waist unless you've only been the gym...maybe 3 weeks.
At least 8/10 guys I see with decent chests and arms have nonexistent back development. And lo and behold...their back routines consist of pullups and 60lb DB rows.

agreed also has a social effect, when you turn your back on someone and they can see the otherline of your lats and spinal effectors...it sends a powerful message.

No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

idk if I can narrow it to only 2 best exercises. but i'd say if you were forced to only do 2...and rack deadlifts are also excluded....HEAVY DB rows and neutral grip (or v grip, or whatever) pulldowns so you can go HEAVY.
ironically, those are the 2 exercises everyone does already. but guys for some reason do these ridiculously ass-assed and light. if you're going to do some chitty form pullups with a 5 lb plate for weight and half assed DB rows...then a lot more volume and exercise variation is going to be needed.
never once seen a decent back on a guy that either didn't do huge weight on compounds (like 500+ deadlift and 130+ db rows for 12+ reps) or KILLED back with lots of volume. I HAVE seen chests on guys who do mediocre weight and low volume. Never back though.

Not training back will create a muscle instability. If you only train chest then your shoulders will eventually start to pull forward and the head will soon follow

EDIT: Never deadlift."lmao you naive as **** son. Hope you followed the cardinal rule and didn't have your face in the dick pic, but based on the foolishness you've exhibited in your threads recently, you're probably like holding your dick with one hand and your social security card in the other and holding a piece of paper in your mouth with your name, address and phone number"

Back muscles is best muscles
Srs af, back is everything. U want a bigger bench, get a bigger back. U want a bigger squat, build a bigger back. U want a bigger deadlift, work ur foking back.
See so many dudes with huge chests and huge arms only maxing like 275 or so on bench, so many dudes with huge legs maxing 315 on squat. But you almost never see weak dudes with a big back
