If you focus on your form and focus on your upper back more than normal it won't autocorrect but it will work out imbalances than most people have. Most people have overpowering front delts and pecs from excessive pressing movements. Rows from the floor, face pulls with a hold at contraction, and some mobility stretches have worked wonders for me.
Don't completely neglect chest though. Just tone it down a bit
