    need a short routine w/compounds

    Hey guys,im currently on a very diificult period bc its my last year before collège and i have all those choices and exams to do.
    I Was on icf then switched to ws4sb for 2 weeks but with football i cant do that.
    Im looking for a routine with 45 minutes in thé gym where i squat/bench/row 3x à week and deadlift 2-3 times a week.i still want to get huge though im still 6 ft 4 and a skinny 190 pounds.

    Hey dude ty for ur answer.
    I have à kyphosis so im searching for a heavy row routine.unfortunately u dont row 3x à week in Sl.
    I was thinking of something like :
    Squat 5x5
    Bench press 5x5
    Deadlift 1x5
    Bb row 5x5
    Lat pulldown/chin up 3x8
    Câble row/bbar row from above 3x8
    Superset biceps/triceps 3x8
    I dont wanna do my own routine but does something like that exist?

    5*5 Bill Starr (not stronglift), or just do HIT training 4*10 by week splitting in two, it's work well.

    personally I don't think you can squat, row, and deadlift 3 times a week if your only going to be in the gym 45min 3x a week

    I would use alternating workouts:

    Workout A:

    Squat 5x5
    Bench 5x5
    Row 5x5

    Workout B

    Squat 5x5
    Incline or Overhead press 5x5
    Deadlift 5x5

    Use a 5x5 progression from a proven plan, and add a couple exercises to the end if time permits

    you could either alternate those each workout or if rowing is more important do ABA every week
