Castle is rebuilt, town hall is at lvl 4 and just trying to ramp up all my resource production/storage, but still on that 2 builder time, and everything is starting to hit 3+ hr build times.

havent been around because ive had debilitating migraines for the past year and a half! its kept me from shooting anymore (among a great many other things), its horrible.


finally going shooting again saturday, after not having shot in a super long time. indoor, but still excited. im down to only owning a nano and a 22lr (in terms of pistols), but i'll be helping my buddy w his new g19, so i'll get to do some more enjoyable shooting.


whats new around here? whos banned and back from banning from like a year ago?

Yea this one did some like electrical therapy along with popping my neck and back.

I got a recommendations to my guy, he uses two things besides the slam table- something that approximates a roller that undulates up and down your spine (which didn't do much for me because i roll already) and the electrotherapy.
They crank it to about 85% power and leave me on for twice the amount of time and then go to the slam table for hip, T-spine, and cervical spine adjustment.
