As for chiros, it seems hit or miss. I've gone to a few that just seem to kind of wrestle you around and pop you. They are okay if you are really screwed up. They can get you back to feeling halfway human again. Other than that they kind of suck. Some have done absolutely nothing for me.

I have been to two good chiros in my life. Both of them were "alternative" types. Had the degree and certifications, but also put thier little twists on it (pressure points, energy stuff, etc). Sounds hokey as all get out, but those guys have practically worked miracles on my body. Wouldn't believe most of the stuff they had done if I hadn't felt it myself.

Terrible is an understatement. It basically knocks me out of commission for the day and I have a pretty high pain/discomfort tolerance. It also happens once a week and year round. Srs, this chit is ridiculous. Then I go to sleep, wake up the next morning and feel perfectly fine.

One of my buddies said maybe it's from all the chit we had to burn over there (chit as in poop) but I'm pretty sure it's just a coincidence. Everything I've tried has failed, from OTC medication to prescriptions and nasal sprays. Fukin sucks.

Can honey work on adults?

To answer your question, yes it works. Or at least, helps to an extent. As Nick mentioned, it won't be a miracle cure, but def give it a try if your allergies are really bad.

Allergies can develop randomly from exposure to spores, fungus, dust, etc. Give the Zinc Lozenges a try to as I mentioned before.

If all else fails, Zyrtec D works the best for me.

I started with 1 banana.

Added a cup of milk, 2 tbsp peanut butter, and a scoop of chocolate protein powder.

Juiced it all up in my magic bullet. It was pretty good. I'll probably do 2 of these a day.

Literally story of my life. 2 years ago, before I tried the honey and keeping some Zyrtec D on me, I would randomly get congested, runny nose, and start tearing up throughout the day. Summer and winter. As Unforgiven mentioned, be sure to look for a local bee farm that sells honey.

oh btw, may seem weird but does your bathroom have good ventilation? If not, there could be mildew and mold either on the ceiling or titles. If you are allergic to certain types of mold/spores, steam from your shower could exacerbate your allergies. A random shot in the dark, but this is what happened to me personally. Bleached the entire bathroom down and put in a new exhaust fan.

"X hour". You got 15mins before you lose all ur gains.

Enzymes that help body re-senthesize muscle glycogen are really most active in the first 15mins. Longer the wait longer the recovery.

We COC crew

You can join our clan as soon as you rebuild the clan castle (required to join any clan). The sooner you join, the sooner you can request troops and we will ejaculate on you. You won't be in the clan wars for a while but it won't take long before your base is strong enough to be in them. Farley just started playing recently and he's about to be in wars coming up soon.

Most of the guys in the clan are from MFC but we have some friends of the guys and a lot of soldiers from Hola's unit too. The clan is just like on here but probably even more vulgar lol.

We also tear chit up in wars, current record is 101-12-2

I'll definitely try the honey. The bathroom is fine, I've also moved several times since getting back from deployment, including different states and it's stayed with me. It's as if nothing stops it. I sneeze uncontrollably, my nose is a fountain, literally snot dripping from my nose with zero control, I get a headache and tremendous pressure in my head, etc.
