The guy doesn't even live here. But he's here every day visiting his gf.
Including weekends when he spends the nights at her house.
He always parks his huge truck right in front of my place.
I confronted him today and asked him why he doesn't park it in front of his gf's house.
His reply was "You don't own the street".
Is there any legal way to stop him from using the area in front of my real estate to park his truck?

While it's annoying, he is legally allowed to park on the public property in front of your house.
If he had any sense of decency, he would have apologized and parked somewhere else from now on.
