Flat Bench 315(4)x2 sets 320(4)x5 sets last set 320(6) PR- on last set killed it!
Back Work
Chest Supported Row(set up on incline so it simulates seal row)- 2plates+25(12) 2plates+35(12)x2 sets
Wide grip cable rows- 180,200,220,220,225(10)
3 sets of wide grip pull ups for 10 reps
Rope Seated Face pulls- 70(15)x3 sets
HS Dorian Row- 75(15)x4 sets
Biceps
Barbell curls- 85,95,115(10)
Seated Grip Force Hammer Curls- 27.5,30,30(12)
Dual Handle Cable Curls- 4 sets of 15
Overall terrific workout, very happy with the progress everything!Trying to improve day in and day out.

So today's workout was so different then anything I have done in a while. So with my 2 power leg days I will also be throwing in this GVT style day. WOW is all I can say
Squats- 275 10 sets of 10 reps- FELT LIKE CARDIO.
How the hell doug miller does this SS with leg press for 20 reps, shows why he is the champ.
6 sets of 12 rep calf raises-
one leg , leg ext- 50,60,70(15 reps)
Standing Leg curls- 90,95,95(15 reps)
Overall was done in about 45 minutes but terrific workout, loved the volume goal of mine is to be able to do 10x10 with 350lbsTrying to improve day in and day out.

Today's Push HYPER FOCUS
GVT- 10x10 flat bench with 225-- this was harder then squats, Shoulders , triceps rocked
flex lewis side to front raises- 15,20,25(12)
Cable Side Laterals- 3 sets of 12
Rope Pushdowns SS with overhead cable ext- 4 sets of 15
Tricep Bar(never saw it anywhere else) SS with 3 way raises with 7.5 lbs- 3 sets of 15 on each
Pump was insane , great workout today!Trying to improve day in and day out.

Today's workout after a 14 hour foot post. Holy Hell the first two sets were a struggle I was really stiff and not on that much sleep. This month overtime is going to be bananas, Pope is coming to NY, so is the president and United nations General Assembly.
lots of footpost, not a lot of sleep but lots of overtime which is GREAT
Workout
Squats- 335 6x6
Deads- 435(6)x2 455,465,475(6)- These were super fast, all dead stop all conventional pull.
Overall doesn't look like a lot but it was and my strength is climbing weekly.Trying to improve day in and day out.

Sick training.
I think I posted about it but I just went to Texas de Brazil for the first time. Extremely expensive, but. It was so damn good. Definitely would go back for some sort of celebration/special occasion. Get it!
Also, you'll be very disappointed in me to know that my wife and I grabbed a little cookie while looking at stuff in the Toys R Us store this weekend. Then on the way walking to the theatre passed two bakeries with all gourmet stuff just sitting there in the window. I looked at her and shook my head... lol.

Dips 3 sets of BW 10 reps
PReacher Cable Curls- 4 sets of 10
Hammer curls- 35,40,45,50(8)
Incline Dumbell Curls-35(10)x3 sets
Reverse grip curls-70,80(10)
Overall good workout despite not what I had plannedTrying to improve day in and day out.

So far only thing I have eaten today, Stomach is upset
Peanut butter, banana stuffed french toast had a 6 egg omlette on the side with eggplant, peppers, onions.
didn't eat it all but ate a lot. Took a nap overall nice relaxing dayTrying to improve day in and day out.
