Yes, being over is the goal. The goal is not to have the criteria you deem to be the IT factor; they certainly help, and often times go hand in hand with getting over, but if a guy is over, then he is over. Period. Being over IS the IT factor. Having the look, skill and mic ability are only a means to an end, which is to get over.
