I am 5'7, 105 pounds, male 19 years old. This is quite underweight. Don't worry about my routine, I have that under control. I want advice on my diet and goals.
Goal: gain 8-16 pounds in 2 months (fat or muscle, I'm too skinny)
Maintenance calories: 2500(have been eating this for 3 weeks, same weight)
Daily goal calories: 3000 to 3500
Weekly goal: gain 1 to 2 pounds
Macros: 150 protein (minimum), 80 fat (minimum), rest carbs

You have a clear, reasonable goal and a structured plan in mind. Everything looks good!
The mirror and how you feel (energy, lifts) will probably be a better guide to your progress than the scale. Just keep the calories up and adjust when necessary. It's about progress, not perfection.
I'm not an expert when it comes to most aspects of life; sometimes, I have no idea what I'm doing. The more I learn, the more I can do, and the more I can pay it forward and help others.

Sorry for that earlier bump, but now I have some real questions.
Here are some of starting pictures. What would you say my BF% is? I'm 5'7, 105 pounds, 19 years old. I also added these photos to my gallery.

Bench press 3 x 5 60 lbs
Deadlift 1 x 5 105 lbs
Press 3 x 5 45 lbs

With your weight and lifting stats body fat is the least of your concern, lift hard, eat well, rest up; enjoy the gains you will make. Chances are you will be able to make leaps and bounds as far as how much you can lift for quite some time.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.
