-Once I hit like 12 or 14 hours, I'll get extremely hungry, like all my brain will think about is food. But after about 30 min to an hour, it goes away and I get rushes of euphoria and chills up my spine (the good kind), feels amazing.
-I feast at night, sleep, then train first thing in the morning. After fasting and feasting the previous day, strength levels and endurance, the next morning, are increased.
-Sleep is better
-Energy is much higher and my mind works clearer while fasted

IF is GOAT for cutting, sometimes I'll go till 8pm without eating and then get to feast on 2000+cals in one sitting. For anyone who struggles with food cravings while cutting it is the best way imo
Used it to get down to 8% bf this summer and still held onto most of my mass
Usually get big hunger pangs around 11am, then again at 4pm but if I ignore them then after that I could go the rest of the day without eatingMisc Med Crew

when i got to my leanest(inb4 wheres the pics m8) i was doing IF and it turned into one massive meal eventually. It was either its time to eat or its not, then food became all i thought about and if i happened to eat in the middle of the fasting window even if it was tiny i developed an all or nothing mentality and started binging. Going back to scheduled meals and not being so lean im fine now.
dat IF is not for everyone

I don't do IF intentionally but I guess due to my schedule thats what I'm kinda doing.
Eat final meal around 1:00AM. Get to sleep at about 4:30AM. Wake up at 11:00AM. Lift at 12:30 or 1 until 2:00 or 2:30. Eat first meal around 2:45 or 3.
I suppose if I change to eat final meal at midnight and eat first meal at 3:00pm I'll get a 15hr fast in.

The psychological benefits are huge when you're cutting. Use it both my preps. Well, loosely. IF for me was skipping breakfast, granola bar or fruit at 10:30 or so to take the edge of in class, and then fruit and a scoop of whey on the way to the gym at 12:30. Since I pretty much skip breakfast it allowed me to eat "normally" at dinner.
This prep I'll probably do something similar, but definitely have to tweak it. Having a blur collar job 3-4 days a week throws a wrench in it
Edit: to poster above me, only time meal timing has a drastic effect is when your running low carbs. Like in prep you can definitely tell when you dip too low or haven't had enough. That's when I'll have some sort of processed carb and I'll feel better in 3 hours. Now completely anecdotal, but my last prep I lost 12 pounds of fat and .5 pound of lean mass at the very most running 150 of protein and "fasting" the whole time.USBF Physique and Bodybuilding

haven't you heard bro? according to misc scientist you only need 50 grams of protein a day.
i have toyed w/ IF here and there but have never stuck to a strict fasting/feasting time for long. seems like it would be good for an office job.
my biggest problem w/ doing it is i workout at 5 in the morning and i have to have something to eat pre and post workout.

Doing IF now. Sometimes I eat all my cals during my feeding window, sometimes I dont. Tbh just don't make a fuss about it and give yourself a headache. Just make sure you eat all your cals when you can. I try to follow 8 hour feeding window but sometimes I eat all my meals in like 3 hours. It is what it is. Especially if you're a college student and have a part-time job. When I first started, I used to drive myself crazy tryina eat 8 meals a day. Still cringe hard thinking about it.
