Best Fish Oil?

What does everybody think is the best fish oil to take out there?

I have been taking Nordic Naturals - Ultimate Omega for some time now. I have absolutely no complaints, and love that it has zero after taste.

But is there something better out there I should be using?

That is an excellent fish oil. I dont think you are necessarily going to find something better if you are happy with the price.

If you want something more economical and also dosed well you could look into Oximega Fish Oil.

I really like MyProteins Omega 3-6-9. Good price and definately see improvements ever since Ive been taking them

That is a fantastic choice for a fishoil i personally like NOW Omega 3 and OxiOmega by CL

You dont want to supplement 6 and 9 unless you are vegan for the most part.

The entire point of an omega 3 supplement is to improve the ratio over 6 and 9. Adding in 6 and 9 is counterproductive for most bodybuilders.

That fish oil is fine like said above....

personally i use Platinum Fish Oil(4x), and oxi omega.
Support them both very much so.

the brand you currently use is all good and well..personally I use iForce Fish Oil which is mint flavored or ContRolled Labs Oximega which is orange flavored

Bodybuilding.com Ultra Fish Oil has one of the best price points as well as high EPA/DHA per pill. NOW Super Omega EPA also has a good value I happened to buy it when it was on sale and saved a decent amount of money. Controlled Labs Oximega is also a go to that I have had in the past that is definitely worth looking at. Good Luck OP

We've been using OxiMega for years and have no intentions of switching any time soon. Quality fish oil with a great amounts of EPA/DHA per serving. Great price too considering they often offer discounts.

So did we! I think we got 6 bottles, wish we had gotten more but cabinet space is not as big as we'd like. Especially with all the supplements clogging it up!

Nothing wrong with your current one, to be honest. But if I were to recommend you a new one to try, I would say either BB.com's fish oil or Controlled Lab's Oximega. Best of luck!

I can't say it is the best, but I-Force makes a unique option with a peppermint infusion so if you burp, its candy cane not fish!

Great choice OP. The others mentioned CL Oximega and MT Platinum 4x and both have quality amounts per serving. They are some good back ups and priced well.

IFOS Tested is the way to go. In this case, you're good with Nordic Naturals. Another choice would be Blue Star Nutraceuticals Omega Blue, which exceeds it's label claims - 5 Star Consumer Report.

Anyways OP, I'm currently using Blue stars prime series omega 3 fish oil, probably my favorite, its the only fish oil I've used so far that hasn't given me fish burps(not a concern for me but can be for other users), my other top dog go to is CL oximega fish oil.

I like Nordic Naturals, NOW, used Oximega for a couple of years, but have recently switched to Costco Kirkland 1200s at 3/day you're getting just over 2000mg of EPA/DHA and the cost is significantly less.
