    Carb up??

Now a new question for you all. We do tend to all follow a lower carb diet ,some lower than others. What are your thoughts on having a day where you carb up, my personal trainer does this leading up to comps, cycling the diet and shocking the metabolism I am lead to believe.

I think it`s O.K to have a high carb day during a low carb diet to stimulate your metabolism and increase energy .....

I agree 100%. And it has to be high carbs, which doesn't mean going from 100 to 125...

Stimulates the metabolism and prevents binging and cravings.
Real men hit the weights AND do their cardio.

    Passion doesn't pay the bills.
