Am I doing my macros right?

    A little bit of context:
    I'm an athlete
I'm starting the Candito Strength Program hoping to gain stronger for season
    Weight is at 160 w 24% BF

That being said, I calculated my macros using Emma Leigh's format in the stickies.
So what I ended up getting is:
    Maintenance: 2897
    Carbs: 469
    Protein: 144
    Fat: 49

I'm a bit worried that my fat intake is too low or if my carbs are too high.
So please shed some light for me

there are no black and white numbers that anyone can give you. The formula in the stickies is giving you something to start from. Sure your carbs may be high or maybe they are just right. You just have to experiment with it and stay consistent and see how it goes then after 2-4 weeks, if things arent going in the right direction then change something about your diet.
It takes a great deal of trial and error to figure out your exact macros and how your body responds to various combinations of training, eating, rest, etc.
My advice is to try it for a couple weeks, keep track of everything, then reevaluate after a couple weeks.

Whether you think you can or think you cant, you are probably right!
