Hey guys, I've been cutting for three weeks now, and I've been following my cals/macros about 90%. I track everything I eat but sometimes I do things like upping carbs on a heavy leg day and whatnot, I make sure my carbs are healthy carbs, fats healthy fats, and all of that good stuff. This is what I'm consuming right now every day.
Stats:
Age - 17
Height - 5'7
Weight - 188.8lbs
BF% - 24% (?)
Nutrition:
Calories - 2150
Carbs: 134g (25%)
Protein: 215g (40%)
Fats: 84g (35%)
So far I've lost 8.5lbs, but I think some of it was water weight at first. I weighed myself this morning (last week I weighed 188lbs, and I was 188.8lbs). I have no idea what I did wrong there (maybe water weight? I wasn't able to go to the bathroom like I usually do before I weigh myself in the morning at the exact time).
But these are my progress pics. I really can't see any differences at all. Opinions?
