    Hows my bulk look?

    My calorie maintenance is 3000 at 168lbs. I would like to bulk 1 pound per week to around 190. Eating 3500 calories a day my body should plateau before that weight I'm assuming. Once that occurs should i up my calories by 250-500 or should I eat less than maintenance for a few days to trick my body from adapting and continue eating 3500?

    Stick with 3500 till you hit a brick wall and weight loss stalls. Then increase from there.
