I actually believe op, srs.
You can make gains doing light weight, but this is the kinda volume you will have to do to pull it off.

Jesus OP that's crazy. You probably burn almost 1000 calories due to all that volume.
Have you ever passed out while doing your routine?
If it works for you that's great but I wonder if your legs wouldn't look pretty much the same if you just did a more standard BB routine with heavy weights.... but hey you actually enjoy doing 2 hours of legs so more power to you.brazilian crew [̲̅<̲̅Θ̲̅>̲̅|

lol, training legs with only 1 day in between?
idk about you.. but after my leg day.. I cant walk for 3 days
not sayin your legs dont look great, I just... literally cant walk for 3 days after.
I do squats: 135x12 , 185x10, 225x 8, 275x 6, 315x 6 ( I dont do all at once I do 2 or 3 at a time then rest and do 3 more), then Il go back down to 225 and do like 3-5 sets of 5 reps
then il go to hacksquat machine and start with 225 for 12, then 275 for 10, then 315 for 8 then 365 for 6 then back to 225 for 12 (drop set)
THEN il do some quad extensions, 5 sets
then I do hamstring curl for 5 sets
then I do hip flexer machine (going out) 5 sets
then hip flexer machine (going in) 5 sets
then I do glute kickback machine for 5 sets
then I do 5 sets of standing calf raises.
I love doing it all but I hate the next few days after.Last edited by Nicklol; 01-27-2015 at 02:46 AM.

if you are ale to do 80 sets of any muscle group you simply aren't training hard enough. OP has good leg genetics and can get by with it but for 95% of you *******s you are just setting yourselves up for failure and eventual injury. Post your upper body OP, i wanna see what 80 sets of bench press looks like lulz

OP where do you practice medicine at? I'd like to come in for a testosterone "consultation" and perhaps get a "prescription" to aid in my quest to get my legs as hoooge as yours.

Amazing, thx for sharing.
My biggest doub here it´s about your starting weight.
You said you start with 8 plates. Right. How many sets can you actually do to fatigue or failure with that weight? 20?
and when you are on your last sets don´t you need to lower the weight? or how bad it lowers your repetitions capacity?
edit: do you hiit after or before workout?

Entirely too much volume for me. My legs would be too big.
My lower routine:
5/3/1 squats for quads. (2nd lower day for the week) 5/3/1 Deadlifts. Minimalist shoe running for calves on off days.
Legs are juicy as can be. Actually would like to drop a bit of size in my glutes (srs).
So yeah, warmup + leg workout takes less then 15 mins so I do legs/back on same day.
For some reason my legs respond amazingly well to a little bit of heavy lifting but my upper body/arms has a hard time putting on mass.

First of all Op you are a ******* that has been called out many time for using a fake avi. I remember last time you had a pic of Antoine Vaillant. People asked you to post spoon pics and you flaked.
Hows about you stop lying to these guys talking about all that volume when you are a fat fuk hiding behind the screen. Post spoon pics to show its really you.

not sure if srs. how the fuk can you even do 20 sets of the same exercise without complete muscle fatigue and failure. jesus. then you do 20 sets of 3 other exercises??? 80 sets in 2 hours? or am i having a reading fail.
it takes me 30 mins to do 12 TOTAL sets for a muscle group.Certified 1200 ng/l T
