so after around 2500 flights im done with the cardio! im just about at my weight goal so its time to slowly reverse diet/cardio out of this cut and give my body a slight break. hammering out 100 flights a day, 6x/week is pretty brutal on the calves/quads! best of luck to everyone else in here
