You were never aesthetic lean you fat ass. Show pics of when you were aesthetic with visible abs and also your gf must be a fat ugly whale. No good looking girl would ever date a fat greasy powerlifter. Shut the **** up. Maintaining an aesthetic lean body like what zyzz had is much harder than eating mcdonalds 24/7 and lifting to get high strength gains. What I can confirm is your gf is 2/10 fat whale and that you never count maintain or you never had a lean physique.

Artwork =/= evidence of lifting's origins. The sculptors of that time were brilliant anatomists. To suggest that they couldn't alter their work to appear more pleasing, while also being anatomically correct despite not having visual evidence, is absurd. Besides, it isn't that difficult to dissect a corpse and craft a sculpted replica with bigger muscles. It shouldn't be shocking that an artist of all people would attempt to portray beauty even if it doesn't exist.
Weightlifting with barbells earned its origins with Olympic weightlifting which is all about power. Before that, in the Roman days, men lifted stones and makeshift weights with logs to prove their manhood.

What's your point? The Olympics are thousands of years old and athletes have been dedicating their lives to training for them since. You think no one was aesthetic back then? Training for strength and endurance = aesthetics. You think they're beta because their sport requires endurance and probably lean aesthetics as a result? Go eat your dozens of donuts, lift for 40 min 3 times a week and sit on your couch the rest if the time and keep thinking you're an athlete you body positivity powerlifting-g4p fan.

Training for strength and endurance = aesthetics? Tell that to your god Zyzz. He was the epitome of what you strived for, yet somehow managed to be weak as hell. I've already stated that I have no issue with men and women who compete in bodybuilding, physique, etc. They are artists worthy of admiration; you stick-like jackasses on the Misc are just clowns who desperately seek women's approval. In short, you're pathetic. My point was that strength and power are admired worldwide and always have been until this "aesthetics" bull**** came onto the physical culture scene. Since then, deluded fools such as yourself consider "aesthetics" the norm, and bodybuilding, powerlifting, etc. the fringe sports, when in all actuality they are the ONLY sports. ****ing DYEL *******. P.S. - Strength athletes train harder than you will ever be able to comprehend, you worthless insect.

-I lift 0-1 times a week
-my sport of choice involves a lot of cardio
-my bmr is high
-zyzz is not my god, strong false dilemma. So either you're a gay bdsm nuthugger of fat lifters or zyzz is your god?
-you sound like you pay for muscle god worship
-I would fight you irl
-you are probably obese
-Obesity is objectively repulsive
-body weight gains have diminishing returns on strength but fat clowns like you can't put the donuts down so you delude yourself into thinking you have an excuse to be 35% bodyfat with heart problems.***No Breathe Crew (test levels through the roof)***

Bodyweight gains do not have diminishing returns on strength. If that were true, all of the top powerlifters, strongmen and Olympic lifters would be 10% bodyfat. If you aren't interested in strength sports, then why are you even here? This is a discussion about weightlifting. Go back to the cardio section with the rest of the bitches. Something to consider before you go: Using words that you're unfamiliar with makes you sound like a colossal moron. The only dilemma in your life is whether to **** your ass with the cucumber or vibrator this time. Peace, bone bag.

OP you have really let yourself go. Unkempt beard, unkempt hair, poor choice of clothes, way too much fat (I know you are trying to become as strong as possible but you have reached a point of great dinimishing returns, at your point if you gain 10 lbs only 1-1.5 will be muscle max).
Have you given up in life bro? Because it looks like you did (srs)... No hate, just trying to help.
