I wonder if Tom Brady would play with 12 overinflated balls at the super bowl to compensate for cheating at the AFC Championship game

I have a correction to make, earlier I posted that caring about rating a thread would be thing I care the least about, I change my mind and it's actually this underinflated football topic...and I despise the Patriots. They won the game and would have won if they had been tossing a greased football.

That's not even the point brother. They would have beaten the colts regardless. But don't think for a nanosecond this is the first time they ever used deflated balls to gain an advantage.
This is the third time they've been "caught" cheating in different ways. Who knows how many times they've cheated without being caught.
Maybe Brady wouldnt mind playing with 16 lb balls in the super bowl just to prove a point😃currently cutting..... again!!

If it didn't matter then it wouldn't have been done.
With that said if the Pats played the Colts 100 times they would go 100-0. Im a Dophins fan so no nut hugging from me. The Pats are (and have been) one of the best teams in football for the past 10+ years.
Go Seahawks.☻/

They were tipped of by the Ravens. Who knows if the Ravens actually thought anything, I call BS because that whiny lil cawk Harbaugh would have said it along with they cheated by using legal formations. Cheating is apparently in the Pats or Belicheck's DNA. And its crazy because they dont need to, they are in the AFC east and guaranteed a divisional crown every year.
BTW remember all the hoopla about Brady being such a good thrower in poor weather? Also underinflated balls make it easier for the running back to hold onto.
Is this article a coincidence?

If the air pressure inside the football didn't matter there wouldn't be a rule. It's fair if BOTH teams abide by the rules.
I don't think believe belicheck new anything, but I can guarantee you Brady knew and most likely had the equipment guy deflate the balls to his specs. I seriously doubt if we will ever know the truth.
The Pats have a good team too, but someone needs spankedcurrently cutting..... again!!

Indy ought to know something about fines - they had more than any other team in the NFL this year.

I am still trying to figure out how slightly deflated balls made it difficult for the defence of the other teams? Can't tackle running back unless properly filled? Can't out jump the receiver unless properly filled? Can't get through the offensive line unless properly filled? I think they just didn't eat their Wheaties!!

I'm a Chargers fan, so...
I think the whole thing is overblown. How many quarterbacks do the same thing?
It was bush league of the Colts to make an issue of it.
It distracts from what will hopefully be a great Superbowl.
At least it brought some lulz. I like the gronk picture and the Twitter post that said something to the effect of "The balls were deflated by Brady's godlike grip".Jesus is my lifting partner.

After hearing Belichecks press conference, it brought to light a few questions. The footballs were aired up to 12.5psi before the game in the locker room(controlled environment). Where were the footballs, and how long were they there, before the balls were measured for air pressure and found to be underinflated?
Air pressure WILL change to some degree when temperature drops. If the balls were inflated to 12.5 psi @ 70 degrees, they could lose 1 or 2 lbs after they are in environment of 30 degree once the temperature inside the football stabilizescurrently cutting..... again!!
