I woke up with a terrible tension headache; I must have slept funny. Ended up taking a tylenol extra strength at work and I usually NEVER take anything. It helped though lol.
Strength is still climbing . I forgot my pop tarts at home so I had to swing by the apartment after work before the gym which pressed me for time a bit. I called it before calf raises because my head started pounding. I got a good one in though for sure! HAHAHA.

Literally laughed after that 225x8 set of bench. I haven't done BB bench in a few weeks, and I crushed it. It felt so light with 225! I was very pleased.
I wanted to do heavy dips at the end, but some old guy was doing 1/4 reps for an hour. So then I was like, "Hey, I'll do CGBP." EVERY bench was taken. Then I decided some skulls or OH extensions would work. EVERY bench was taken. That's the one thing I hate about this gym (other than the fact they have a hissy fit when you deadlift). Oh well. I still have a good lift!
I'll do just that my next lower sesh.
Thanks, dude. Makes me happy .
Dude, you have no idea. The lined wrapped around the building an hour before opening. Made for a long, boring day haha.
Glad to see I'm rubbing off on ya, bro!*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

So, I had two great workouts in a row (lower on Friday and upper on Saturday). I hit 190x10 on incline without a spot, which made me happy. I woke up today and the medial part of my right knee hurts when I bend it and is stiff/slightly painful. No swelling, but it hurts when I walk and bend my knee (especially with my leg behind me as if I were doing a kneeling hamstring curl). Obviously I tweaked it somehow or there's an overuse injury of some sort. It's right near the MCL, but I don't know what the deal is . Hopefully it's just something strange and goes away... Any thoughts?
I have had this same sort of pain/discomfort back when I did a ridiculous amount of cardio a few summers ago. No cardio as of now, so I know it's not from that lol.*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

Knee was oddly back to 90% after I got moving and worked the stiffness out of it in the morning. Must have just overstretched my MCL or something. I played it VERY conservatively today on lower. It was supposed to be a power day, but I improvised.

Started with deadlifts today. I wanted to avoid squatting because I know my ego may have wrecked me lol. I felt pretty good pulling and took it easy. As far as leg press goes, I know it's usually not the best idea if you are having knee issues, but I kept it controlled and had my feet positioned really high. Felt pretty good considering.*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*
