"Do you think SHE actually felt like that was a sexual thing he was doing? She's like 6. Only an actual p3do would think that she thought he was groping her, too."
"Not that it's impossible to touch a minor inappropriately, but it is true that a 6 year old girl will not recognize someone putting a hand on their chest as groping, whether it is inappropriate or not."

That's exactly what it means (serious). Officers here learn to shoot first then ask questions later.

I just watched it, ignoring a officers commands doesnt justify shooting. You can only shoot if your life is in danger. A man with his hands up isnt a danger. It just means u got pissed and shot him cuz he didnt listen to you....
A guy having a gun in his car isnt a huge deal, the cops escalated the situation when everyone was calm, the man even said he had no problem and was calm. Lmao at the cops "hes reachin" to set it up as justified on video.
Edit. Was their even a gun?Last edited by BrahPlease; 01-21-2015 at 04:45 PM.

The way it was reported, and many of the comments in OP's link. But most of all, the way the cop was reacting as soon he found out there was a gun in the glove compartment. They had control of the situation, but judging from the black cop words and body language .... he was acting like he was in extreme danger.

It was the passenger who got shot, not the driver (the one with his hands clearly out the window). From the video it appears as though the passenger forced his way out of the car, even with the cop physically holding the door shut. Tough to tell from the video, but the movement looks to be what I would consider aggressive.

That would be correct. You have a gun pointed to your head and if you're not complying, pretty obvious you're up to no good. Notice how the driver didn't get shot. Why? Maybe has something to do with the fact that he complied with the officer's order.
Getting out of the car after being told not to get out has preceded many police killings.
