I want to compete in the INBA/and or IDFA, can I take Biogro?
I did do some research on banned supplements on WADA before, like figuring out a certain amount of caffeine intake is illegal.
Also, I've contacted the IDFA and they said they don't test for caffeine and ephedrine.
The INBA I believe states on their website that ephedrine is banned.
Fuark I just want to compete in a strict drug free, tested league in Canada, but maximize my gains!

Hey, I'm an INBA figure pro used to checking my supps. The best way to really do it is to search your ingredient list against the banned list.

That's the 2015 banned list. I just do a search for each ingredient. Ephedrine, for instance, is definitely banned (at the levels listed on page 8).
