    What burns more calories?

I have an immense appetite and to be able to eat that and not get fat I'm going to start doing cardio. Now what burns calories faster? Jogging/running or bike?

anything can burn more calories than the rest because it all depends on intensity that you do.

Let's say If I jog 5.5km per hour then I would still burn more than someone who jog at 5 km / hr.

It doesn't necessarily work like that..

Generally speaking.. jogging/running burns MORE, but is more joint impacting and more detrimental to LBM.

Do you have a pool nearby? Swimming for an hour burns approximately 1000 calories, and is low impact.
