My school wins.

To prevent theft, our computer "teacher" (I use the word loosely) glued the BALL to the inside of the mouse, meaning they couldn't roll and were unusable. They had to purchase 30 new mice, and in the meanwhile, we just got to watch videos in class for 2 weeks.
