You need fat to absorb vitamin d, right? Assuming that's correct, what's a good amount to make sure I take the vit d with? For example, is it enough to take with my fish oil (could be 3-5 grams total fat), or do I need more like 10-15? Or is it overstated and taking it by itself is probably fine?

This reminds me of the whey debate between an 'empty stomach' and a 'full stomach' and just how fast it hits the body. Things I wouldn't worry about on a balanced diet. Besides, I thought you practiced keto? You should have plenty fat to calm any worries.

Yea, fat intake is plenty on a daily basis, but I usually consume most of my calories later in the day at home, and I keep my vitamin D at work.
Sometimes I forget. So say I haven't eaten in 3 hours and I'm not gonna eat for another 3 hours. Should I take it or wait? The suppversity post above seems to imply this does matter.
