    what is your least favorite day fo train? (Silverback1996) srs irl

    for me, i HATE training back. absolutely hate it.
    partly cus ive been lifting on a sprained wrist so i still cant train forearms or biceps the way i want lol.
    also my physique looks weird without a lot of blood in my delts and when i get a back pump it robs me of my delt pump. arms also look kinda weird w a bicep pump and no tricep pump

    Same, I hate training back and it shows since it's my weakest area lol. I think it's because I love seeing the pump you get from working out and it's not exactly something you can see as easy as legs arms etc

    Abs & Legs <-- Never train abs directly though.

    Legs because after my knee reconstruction I've always had slight pain during leg training. Still get it done once a week but easily enjoy it the least.

    Back for sure but the pump you get from training back is great. I also hate training triceps on arm day the burn you get when going till failure on DB extensions or really burning them out on pushdowns can be brutal.

    back i guess

    its just not as fun as it used to be. i got up to rowing 335 for reps and then partially tore my bicep so it limits strength training on rows. i also have a lot of trigger points in my back so that makes it interesting sometimes too.

It takes an hour for me to do them because I spent the time in between sets just resting, lounging, daydreaming, etc. That really needs to stop and to add insult to injury, my bench has been increasing lately. I did 335x6 and the 1 rep max is = to 385. Its gonna be messed up that my squat max (455) is so close to my bench max.
