for me, i HATE training back. absolutely hate it.
partly cus ive been lifting on a sprained wrist so i still cant train forearms or biceps the way i want lol.
also my physique looks weird without a lot of blood in my delts and when i get a back pump it robs me of my delt pump. arms also look kinda weird w a bicep pump and no tricep pump

I hate doing legs because I take way too much time because I get exhausted for chit doing 4 sets of 8 reps. It takes an hour for me to do them because I spent the time in between sets just resting, lounging, daydreaming, etc. That really needs to stop and to add insult to injury, my bench has been increasing lately. I did 335x6 and the 1 rep max is = to 385. Its gonna be messed up that my squat max (455) is so close to my bench max.
