Hi, First post here, I would imagine the terms of this question have been asked before.......
Im 21, 5'11 at 175lbs, for the past 4-5 months ive recently increased my calorie intake from about 3500-4000 to the current 5500-6500 daily. Ive made pretty decent gains, more than i imagined i would have, going from 125 to 175 in one year with minimal bodyfat. However im honestly pretty tired of eating this amount per day, i have a small structure to start as well as doctor diagnosed "mild hyperthyroidism", so the past year ive been eating like a mad man, for a few days now however ive reduced my calorie intake back to about 4500-5000 per day my weight hasnt dropped, ive set PRs in my lifts. Ultimately my question is how much would you all recommend i drop my calorie intake to still make gains......i work full time as an auto service tech "mechanic" so i do move around quite a bit, as well as my ecto genes and a mildly over active thyroid. With that being in consideration what would you all say would be a good "baseline" of calories to aim for as to still make gains, but not want to vomit. ALSO im sure someone will say "no way you eat that, too much, ect. so here is a pretty simple day in meals
