Basic background:
I'm a competitive powerlifter, currently training for my upcoming meet in march. I'm 5'9 @190lb, planning to compete at 181lb. Currently cutting right now and logging all of my macros on myfitnesspal(~2600 cals, 40/40/20). It's been over a month since I last kept track of my macros so I'll be playing around with it, dropping cals, raising protein, etc.
Flavor: Sour Apple
Macro profile looks solid and has a great breakdown. Each scoop contains 200mg of Caffeine.

about to head to the gym today. I normally take Mondays off but, I wasn't able to get a workout in yesterday.
mixed 1 scoop with 10oz of water. Mypre mixes decently, with some undissolved particles settling in bottom. Has an ugly green color but the taste reminds me of a green apple jolly rancher(delicious!).181lb/82.5kg USPA Powerlifter

Finallystarting my program. I'm about 10 weeks out from my next meet.
Squat
75% 7x5 @340lb belted
Bench
70% 6x6 @225lb last 3 strapped
Cable row close grip
225lb 3x10 raw
Felt really nice at the gym today took about 1.5 scoops this time.
And was able to get some footage of my last set of squats. Couldn't grind out the fifth rep on my last set.

Took 1.5 scoops again. Still getting great at focus and enegry. Didn't get a
Pump which I don't mind but I know some people are favorable about pre work out pumps. However with me it's no concern.
Realised I was suppose to do 5x7 this week instead of 7x5. So I just followed the rep scheme just to keep consistency.
Bench
75% 7x5 @240lb, first 2 sets w/o straps
Squat
315lb 3x3, sitting in the hole working to work on bar speed and explosive movement.
Pull ups

Deadlifts
430lb 7x5
Hate doing heavy volume deadlifts, had to use straps but didn't use belt.
Cable rows 240lb 4 sets
Leg curls each leg 4 sets
Took 1.5 scoops felt amazing. I'm awake at 6am every morning for class and Mypre definitely gets the job done and helps keep me energized throughout the day.181lb/82.5kg USPA Powerlifter

Couldn't make it to the gym on my OHP day. I just had a lot of stuff to do.
2/1:
Squat 80% 8x4 @360lb belted
I was only able to get 4 reps on my first 3 sets. I decided to drop the volume from 4 to 2 reps, which really helped me focus on form and stance.
Bench: 75% 6x5 @240lb
First 3 sets were raw.
Took 2 scoops today instead of 1.5 and wow there is a big difference! I definitely feel the full effects of the supplement with 2 servings(2 scoops). Mypre delivered with a good flow of energy and focus. I was even able to get a decent chest pump off 6 sets of bench. My second meet is now 8 week away. Since my meet is approaching I'm doing small changes to my program to accommodate my needs and weaknesses.181lb/82.5kg USPA Powerlifter

(1x3,2,3,2,1,1,1,1. I wasn't able to get the entire 10x3, my knees were starting to give in around my 5th set. Gonna try it again this week.)

I'm still working on my sumo deadlift but I was able to hit a pr of 515lb for singles. My hand placement and grip are causing me the most trouble right now, so I'm going to continue improving that as well. My goal is to hit around 540lb by the first week of March. If I can't then I will most likely pull conventional at my meet.
My goal openers:
Squat ~420lb
Bench ~305-310lb
Deadlift ~530-550lb depending on if I choose sumo or conventional

Tried the squat 10x3 again. Still couldn't get the full 3 reps each set but definitely improved from last time. Decided to do max effort(ME/speed) work again. Haven't used it much this prep but I'm starting ti implement it again. I'm 6 weeks out from my meet, body weight @~187lb. I've been doing a lot more mobility work since I started doing sumo deadlifts, not just for the sumos but overall longevity.
