I do 3 full body workouts a week (as a beginner). Basically I do these in each workout:
Squats
Deadlifts
Incline Bench Press
Bent Over rows
Standing Overhead press
Calf Raises
Chest Dips
Bicep Curls
Some will say it's too much, but it seems to be working just fine for me. Either way, I seem to have triceps too large in comparison to the rest of my body, especially my chest. But whenever I want to make my chest larger so that it's in proportion again, it seems my triceps just grow and my chest doesn't. Any recommendations brahs?

Maybe mix in a fly of some sort. It doesn't use the triceps much compared to a press.
